How long does it take for you to ship the items?

I ship orders every Friday morning, every week.

Where are the items shipped from?

The items are all shipped from São Paulo, Brazil. They are shipped with a tracking number, which you will receive in your email as soon as your package has been sent.

How long will it take for me to receive my product?

International tracked packages take around 10-15 days to arrive. Tracked packages to Brazilian states take a maximum of 5 days to arrive. The pandemic has slightly affected delivery times for some countries, so please forgive any potential delays. Please reach out to me if you have any issues with your delivery!

Who makes your products?

I do! All items are designed, printed, produced and cut by me at my studio. When you support this shop you are directly supporting a small business owner and artist.

Can I request a custom piece?

Sure! Just go to the "Contact" link and send me an email specifying your request with as much information as possible. There are some subjects that I am not comfortable working on, however most requests should be fine!

Can I order a print of I saw on your Instagram?

Not all drawings on my Instagram are available as prints, as some of them are inspired by photographs. Please DM me directy to ask!
